Business Developer (Executive Search, Oost-Vlaanderen)

For an ambitious and dynamically growing organisation, expert in its domain of Executive Search for top and middle management and proficient in “Customer Focus" we recruit an enthusiastic and result driven BUSINESS DEVELOPER to prospect Major Accounts and sign long term partnership agreements.  

Your Role:
- act as single point of contact at strategic (board) level with customers
- initiate, develop, setup, organize and coordinate all commercial activities
  necessary to build long term relationships with customers
- negotiate and sign long term agreements (direct search) with these customers
- achieve realistic targets
- discover, detect and/or create new opportunities

Your Profile:
- account manager with successful business development experience in B2B
- affinity with the HR recruitment industry is an asset 
- broad business scope (observe, analyse, offer solutions, ...)
- the right business acumen to understand & negotiate at CEO level
- customer focused and customer friendly

Your Competences:
- distinct hunter (prospection is part of your nature)
- outstanding and diplomatic negotiator
- network and relationship builder
- creative and solution oriented problem solver
- you are trilingual (NL-FR-UK)
